Seller(s) agree/agrees to abide with the terms and conditions when participating in The Hammock Market upon confirmation or payment of the booth fee
“Seller/Sellers” refers to the applicant(s) who rents a booth space at The Hammock Market. “Organizer” refers to The Hammock Market who is Organizer of the Event.
BOOTH OWNERSHIP
Resale of booth is not allowed as the event sellers are curated.
Booth will be forfeited should an unregistered seller turn up for the event.
BOOTH FEES
Booth fee(s) are strictly non-refundable unless event is cancelled by the Organizer. Transfer of date is not allowed either.
BOOTH SETUP & CLEARANCE
- Seller(s) are only allowed to setup on the day of the event after 10:00am
- Seller(s) who did not show up after 11:00am may result in forfeiture of the booth.
- Seller(s) are to vacate the booth before 6:30pm on the event day.
BOOTH OPERATION
Organizer will not provide electricity unless otherwise stated.
Seller(s) are to clear their booth space after the event and bring their trash to the nearest trash bin.
1) HAMMOCK BOOTHS
Type 1 : 1 Hammock + 2 StoolsType 2 : 1 Hammock + 1 Rack + 2 Stools
Hammock Size : 80cm x 190cm | Rack Size : W79cm x H163cm
Seller(s) are strictly restricted to the sale of secondhand fashion items only -- apparels, shoes, bags and accessories. Organizer reserves the rights to remove items that are deemed unsuitable.
Seller(s) will be assigned their booth allocation via email 5-7 days before the event date. Booth will be assigned on a random basis, no disputes will be entertained.
Seller(s) are not allowed to bring additional tables, racks and any other furniture to maintain the setup of the market.
Seller(s) have to make sure their sale items are either on the hammock or rack provided. No items should be on the ground except for shoes and it should kept in a single file/row only.
Seller(s) are recommended to bring a maximum of 2 luggage, as the luggage must be kept aside/underneath the hammock. Luggage should not be used for display of sale items. Additional luggage (more than 2) should be kept off-site — in your car.
2) THRIFT STORE BOOTHS
Includes : 2m x 2m Space + 1 Rack + 2 Stools
Rack Size : W110cm x H120cm
Seller(s) are strictly restricted to the sale of secondhand, vintage, upcycled, reworked or sustainable apparels only. Organizer reserves the rights to remove items that are deemed unsuitable.
Seller(s) will be assigned their booth allocation via email 5-7 days before the event date. Booth will be assigned on a random basis, no disputes will be entertained.
Seller(s) are given free play to the 2m x 2m space. Additional tables, racks, any other furniture and marketing collateral are allowed and encouraged to reflect the brand and make their booth stand out.
Seller(s) have to make sure their items do not go beyond the demarcated booth space of 2m x 2m.
3) MAKERS BOOTHS
Includes : 1 Table with Gunny Cloth over + 2 Stools
Table Size : W120cm x D60cm x H75cm
Seller(s) are strictly restricted to sell either handmade, small batch production, eco-friendly, sustainable products only. Organizer reserves the rights to remove items that are deemed unsuitable.
Seller(s) will be assigned their booth allocation via email 5-7 days before the event date. Booth will be assigned on a random basis, no disputes will be entertained.
Seller(s) are not allowed to bring additional tables, racks and any other furniture to maintain the setup of the market. Should you require racks for your display, please inform us upon confirmation/ beforehand. We’ll provide the racks based on discretion and availability.
Seller(s) have to make sure their sale items are kept on the table provided. No items should be on the ground.
MARKETING & PUBLICITY
As a selected vendor/ seller, we might utilize your brand images on your Instagram account for publicity purpose. Should you be uncomfortable with the arrangement, please inform us upon confirmation.
Your confirmation/payment will be assumed as an agreement to the use of your Instagram images for the event's marketing purpose, unless otherwise stated.
SECURITY & SAFETY
Seller(s) are to conduct its business in a professional manner so as not to give cause for complaints from occupants of the building or the public.
Organizer will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents incurred during the event.
Organizer will not tolerate improper or indecent behavior that may result in harm to others, necessary action will be taken against anyone found guilty of such behaviors.
Organizer will not be held responsible for any lost or damage of items , seller(s) are to take responsibility of their own items.
PROPERTY CARE
Seller(s) will be held responsible for any damage to the event site and event property. Charges to such damage will be determined by the Organizer.
No properties within the venue shall be removed or to be shifted unless prior approval given by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the rights to report incident(s) of theft to the Police and it shall be dealt with under laws and regulations in Singapore as imposed by the Government or lawful bodies of the Republic of Singapore.
Seller(s) are hereby given notice to keep the event site clean and tidy, and shall not litter, deface or damage the event site. Waste, boxes, cardboard and refuse should properly disposed of in the nearest bin centers.
Seller(s) are hereby given notice event that electricity will not be provided unless otherwise stated.
GENERAL
Organizer reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
Organizer reserves the right to terminate this contract immediately by notice in writing to the Vendor without providing any reason. Such termination shall not prejudice the rights and liabilities of either party against the other for any breach of this Contract.
Organizer is not responsible for poor sales or bad response during any of our flea events.
Organizer is not liable for any consequences due to bad weather.
No complimentary parking will be provided at any events unless stated otherwise
